They secured a great rental property for us whilst we were in UK and provided really useful information on relocating. We bought a plot of land in Plaka via Crete Island Estates and also gave them the contract to build our dream house. The team helped us throughout and made the buying process very simple with minimal effort from us back in London. The construction work went smoothly and speed and professionalism exceeded our expectations. In fact we are indebted to Claudia who attended the site on our behalf and changed the orientation of the house which made a great difference to the main vista of the villa. Overall, a trustworthy and professional company who will look after you from start to finish. If you are looking to buy, or buy and build in Crete you would be in good hands with this lot. A few years ago we bought a plot and built a house in Crete. With great help from Claudia, Giorgios and the whole team of Crete Island estate , the task, that looked scary and a bit nerving at first, became  very unnerving and easy. Super équipe très professionnelle et sérieuse avec en prime un accueil sympathique. Ils ont su répondre à nos attentes et nous encadrer dans nos démarches. Nous avons acheté un terrain et fait construire avec Giorgos le mari de Claudia la gérante de l'agence. Leur conseil et le suivi du chantier s'est très bien passé même à distance. Neisha, Claudia and their team who we met in the final run up moments to our wedding day, were absolutely fantastic.. they helped us plan (and stay on track with!) a wedding which completely turned our dream into a reality. Armed with an amazing venue (Almyrida Resort’s rooftop Thea bar, where the staff there were equally amazing) they followed the small details through to execution, making the focus of the night running things accordingly to our needs (including staging a photo involving the infinite pool and intricately placing floating candles just where we wanted them), they really pulled off a huge task, and all with 60 guests to manage and shepherd around we couldn’t ask for me!
