The land is covered in wild herbs and is slightly elevated. The views of the sea and mountains are even more clear from ground level and will really open up from a first storey veranda or roof terrace.

There is a newly constructed taverna which stays open all year round within 10 minutes walk. During the summer months the tiny fish taverna in the cove is open and you can watch the fisherman catch the fish first, then enjoy eating the freshly prepared meal.

The land is 2,000sqm with a building density of 200sqm.  Again it is possible to sub-divide the land into 2x1000sm plots on a shared ownership basis. This land is slightly less cultivated but still a stone house or a Mediterranean style villa would blend into the landscape.
