1^st Floor: you enter into the main house from the garden via the external stairs with balcony looking over the village, directly into the very spacious open lounge, dining and kitchen area.   The sofa opens to a double bed with a privacy curtain for extra visitors with a guest shower room.  The stairs lead to the main bedroom.   

Upper Floor:  the stairs open directly into the double bedroom with a window looking out to sea.  To the side are patio doors opening to a large pergola covered terrace with amazing views over the village, out to sea and across the White Mountains. Table and chairs are provided for our early morning coffee or for star gazing before bed. An en suite bathroom with shower is off the bedroom.

Externally:  large terrace on the top floor, balcony off the lounge, mature, shady garden and covered terrace. External shower. Covered off road parking.
