Externally: as well as the balconies the house has use of the shared swimming pool at the front of the property.  There is also a shared off road parking area, and a garden behind which has been left to nature with blackberry bushes and bougainvillea.  For keen gardeners the garden can be cut back to use. The house is built in a hillside so there are a number of wide, shallow stairs.
