Both good size double rooms fitted with air conditioning units and ceiling fans and have access to a large balcony from which there are magnificent sea views.
Externally: The villa has a large private sun terrace situated next to the shared pool which overlooks the pool to enable parents to see children. The lower and side gardens are full of colourful but low maintenance plants and shrubs and have attractive wrought iron safety railings. Hand-crafted wooden gates at both entrance points are in place. A fresh water storage tank with pump is located to the road-side of the property. There is a small private car-park immediately adjacent to the villa.
A café/bar is within easy strolling distance with additional tavernas, mini markets and cafés in Plaka village which is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
