The house is approximately 75m² and is attractively set on three levels. The main living area consists of a spacious sitting room with highly efficient wood burning stove and patio doors leading to a large terrace and open fitted kitchen overlooking the pool. A small staircase leads to the upper level where one of the two bedrooms plus shower room is located. Returning to the mid level then down steps is the second bedroom and shower room.
