Description

From the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads enticingly to the first floor sitting room which is a delightful open space with windows looking across the countryside. This room has a fabulous roof terrace from which you can spend many happy hours watching village life.
Also accessed from the sitting room is a spacious fully tiled shower room with beamed ceiling and glass blocks which form an attractive and practical shower screen.
Externally there is a large paved courtyard. Plants thrive in this sheltered setting – jasmine, bougainvillea, olive trees and even a marmalade tree, which is a citrus tree bearing both oranges and lemons. The courtyard is completely private with high walls on all sides, many stone features and barbeque area.
Stone stairs entice you to climb up to the roof of the studio apartment which is a fully tiled terrace and from which you get the most glorious views of the mountains and surrounding countryside.
The separate studio bedroom is a delightful room – again with many stone features and a glorious arch which makes a very cosy and private seating area.
