Pretty stone house with lots of character within easy walking distance to the popular village of Vamos.

Ground Floor: Enter into the open lounge area, with the fitted kitchen set at the end of the room.  Washing machine, cooker and fridge provided.

Off the lounge is a double bedroom with wardrobes.

1^st Floor: from the open, wooden staircase you come to a small area perfect for a office area, a quiet reading room or a dressing room.  There is a bathroom with shower and the second double bedroom with large balcony overlooking the countryside and village.

Outside: with off road parking to the side of the front garden, and unplanted flower beds, there is a small garden area to the back and side.  A large tree provides welcome shade and some privacy.

There is air conditioning that can be used for both cold and hot air. Olive groves are to the sides of the house, and although located close to a road this is a quiet, rural area.  The house has lovely features such as Cretan wooden ceilings, exposed stone highlights around the windows and handmade ceiling lights and being close to all the amenities and main bus station of Vamos, ideal for all year living without the necessity of a car.
